Absolutely love our kitchen by Dartmouth Cabinet Makers. David helped us with our design and gave us new ideas we hadn’t thought of. Everything was great from start to finish, and all made so well, I wouldn’t use anyone else now.
We are absolutely over the moon with work Dai (Dartmouth Cabinetmakers) has done for us. Dai has designed and built the most beautiful bespoke library. From the outset, Dai was happy to help work
out the finer details ensuring we got exactly what we wanted.
Dai’s design knowledge came in very handy when we asked him to build a secret door. Once again working to bring both the mechanics and aesthetics together beautifully. We would highly recommend Dartmouth cabinetmakers to anyone wanting any form of bespoke cabinetry carried out.
Huge attention to detail at the design, manufacturing and installation stages. Stunning transformation of the whole room. Greatly recommended although you'll probably have to form an orderly queue.
Our beautiful new dark blue painted kitchen was recently handmade by Dartmouth Cabinet Makers. They could not have been more helpful with initial suggestions, keeping us informed - and allowing us to visit the workshop - during the production process, and even tweaking the design as it was being installed. Meetings were very amiable and the end kitchen speaks for itself - a high-quality product which has been built to last and has received many very positive comments. Highly recommended.
"We were delighted that Dai was able to work with us to bring our design ideas for our new kitchen to life. He is a very skilled cabinet maker and had some very good suggestions for improving our initial ideas. The end result is a kitchen that we and all our visitors enjoy – it has the ‘wow’ factor and is ergonomically designed and works on a day to day basis very well."
David moved to Dartmouth in 2008 from North Somerset because of his love for the town and sailing. Having spent 25 years in retail design and manufacture, he felt it was time for a change. Qualifying in industrial design and furniture making after leaving school, he felt it was time to return to his roots.
Working within a corporate environment does not give the same job satisfaction that making bespoke furniture does. I take great pleasure in giving every customer a personal and individual service in order to give them the kitchen of their dreams.
